The commune of Bobolice invites You to invest in our area. We not only offer You interesting investment areas, but also assurance that we will comprehensively support your venture at every stage of its implementation. Investment areas are located in the Economic Activity Zone (SAG) and are covered by the local development plan, adopted by Resolution of the Town Council in Bobolice in December 2016.
For the rest of the area currently offered by the municipality, according to the current study of the situation and spatial planning of the town of Bobolice, the area is designated as 4th P (industry, base, warehouse, handicraft, production services).
If the investor is interested in a larger area, the municipality will start developing an MPZP for that area.
Currently, the offer of the Municipality of Bobolice includes an investment site on the Przemysłowa / Rozwojowa Street in Bobolice with a total area of 6,7661 ha, including:
- plot No 6/28 with an area of 0,7480 ha,
- plot No 6/29 with an area of 0,6008 ha,
- plot No 6/30 with an area of 0,3255 ha,
- plot No 6/31 with an area of 0,9974 ha,
- plot No 6/35 with an area of 4,0944 ha.
